By visiting the Kinycraft website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced on this website.

Product Information

We aim to provide accurate photographs, descriptions, measurements, materials, and finish information.

However, handmade products may show minor differences in color, dimensions, texture, hammering, patina, and surface character.

Colors may also appear differently depending on lighting and screen settings.

Prices and Availability

Prices, product availability, shipping costs, promotions, and specifications may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct errors, cancel incorrectly priced orders, limit quantities, or refuse transactions where fraud or misuse is suspected.

Order Acceptance

An order confirmation does not always represent final acceptance. Orders may require payment verification, technical confirmation, shipping approval, or additional customer information.

Custom Products

Customers are responsible for confirming all measurements, finishes, quantities, connection types, and installation requirements before approving a custom order.

Custom products may not be canceled, returned, or exchanged after production begins except where required by applicable law or when the product is materially different from the approved specification.

Installation Responsibility

Products should be installed by qualified professionals.

Kinycraft is not responsible for damage, leaks, electrical problems, structural issues, injuries, or additional costs caused by incorrect installation, incompatible connections, inaccurate measurements, or failure to follow applicable building requirements.

Shipping and Customs

Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier delays, customs inspections, duties, weather, incorrect addresses, and recipient availability are outside our direct control.

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details and paying applicable import charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

Website text, photographs, branding, product designs, graphics, and other content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kinycraft is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, shipping delays, installation issues, or improper product use.
