Shipping origin

Kinycraft is operated by Kincrafts llc , a company registered in Wyoming, United States. Our products are crafted, packaged and shipped from our workshop in Marrakech, Morocco.

Processing times

Standard products are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Sinks, large products and made-to-order products normally require 6–10 business days.

Custom sizes, custom finishes and large project orders may require additional production time. The estimated processing time will be communicated to the customer.

• Standard and small orders: 1–3 business days

• Sinks and large items: 6–10 business days

• Custom-made or personalized orders may require additional production time depending on the design, quantity, materials, and level of customization.

• Large-volume orders may also take longer to prepare. We will provide an estimated processing time when the order is confirmed.

Estimated Shipping Times to the United States

• Small and medium-sized packages: typically 5–7 business days

• Large or oversized items: approximately 7–15 business days

• Overall estimated delivery time: 4–15 business days, depending on the destination, package size, carrier service, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Delivery estimates begin once the order has been completed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted shipping carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the destination and package size.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please ensure that your name, shipping address, phone number, and email address are accurate to help prevent delivery delays.

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or additional carrier fees. These charges and customs processing times are outside our control.
